Our practice is comprised of individuals who have a strong work ethic and want to work as part of a team. It is a small office (15 employees), but every one is always willing to assist each other, all in an effort to ensure great patient care.

Our employees love coming to work with us. Unlike other physician's offices, we do not tend to have a lot of employee turnover. We have employees who have been with us since we opened our doors and our recent hires have been added to our team as a result of our growth. We truly have great employees who work well together and because of this, our employees and our office often receive complements from our patients. 

We care about quality and not quantity. Unlike other medical offices that claim to take care of vascular patients, we allow our staff to take the time to interact with our patients. We strive very hard to make people feel like they are not in a medical office, and because of that we always make sure that we hire the right person for the job at hand. 

Because you will be valued here. In a hospital setting, you are often one of many and no one appreciates your work. You never receive complements when you have done something right, but mistakes are often commented upon. Your time is not appreciated and your schedule is meant to be changed, depending upon the needs of the hospital. You are expected to sacrifice your personal time, whether that involves an evening, a holiday or a weekend, and you are rarely treated as the professional that you are. We do things differently and we respect your time, your knowledge and your expertise. Becoming part of our team ensures that you are with a group of people who care about what they do, but also care about each other and are willing to help out when it is necessary. Coming to work should not be something that you dread. We make sure that it is not.
